How long does printing take?
Orders placed before 11am Manila time start printing the same day. Most items ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking sent moment your order leaves the lab.
What material is this made of?
All Flarelab pieces printed in premium PLA+ (polylactic acid) — plant-based, food-safe thermoplastic. Pieces durable for normal use, indoor display, pocket carry. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or temperatures above 60°C.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Yes. We ship nationwide via LBC, J&T, and Lalamove. International shipping available on request — email hello@flarelab.com for a quote.
Can I customize the color?
Color depends on available filament at print time. Each piece is unique. For specific color requests, message us before ordering and we'll confirm availability.
What if my item breaks?
30-day hassle-free return. If joints fail or print defects appear within 30 days of delivery, we reprint or refund. Email hello@flarelab.com with a photo.
Are flexi animals safe for kids?
Articulated animals designed as collectibles and fidget toys. PLA non-toxic; small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Adult supervision recommended for younger kids.
