How do I track my Flarelab order?

Your tracking number and courier arrive by email and SMS when the order ships. Track via LBC, J&T Express, or the Lalamove link for Metro Manila same-day deliveries.

How long does Flarelab delivery take?

Metro Manila 1-3 days (same-day available), Luzon 2-4 days, Visayas and Mindanao 3-5 days. Orders before 11am Manila time ship the same day.

What if my package is late or damaged?

If tracking stalls for 3+ days, contact hello@flarelab.com or 0962 608 0440. Damaged items photographed within 48 hours get a free reprint and reshipment.

1. Check your shipping confirmation

Search your inbox for "Your Flarelab order is on the way" — the tracking number and courier are in that email. Orders placed before 11am Manila time usually ship the same day.

3. Typical delivery times

Package late or missing?
