How long does shipping take?
Metro Manila: 1–2 business days. Provincial: 3–5 business days via J&T or LBC. Same-day rider courier available within Metro Manila for an extra fee — message us first.
Do you do custom prints?
Yes. Send us an STL file or a clear reference image with target size. Quote turnaround: 24–48 hours. Print + finishing lead time depends on complexity.
What about bulk orders?
Bulk discount kicks in at 10+ units of the same model. For corporate gifting, wedding favors, or events of 50+ pieces, message us — we'll send a tailored quote and lead time.
Can I pick up at the lab?
Yes — by appointment only. Place the order online, choose "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll confirm the slot within a few hours.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Snap a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We reprint and reship free of charge — no questions, no return required.
What filament do you use?
PLA+ from Polymaker and eSun for most pieces — food-safe, low-odor, durable. PETG and TPU available on request for outdoor or flex pieces.
